A big thank you to our BootCamper Nicoletta Iacobacci for her creativity in the kitchen and for sharing her recipe with us:
“Since I love buckwheat and I love crunchy “stuff” I decided to do an experiment and it turned out rather yummy:
Buckwheat crackers:
Ingredients:
1 pound buckwheat flour
1 pinch of salt
water
I used a pasta machine.
In a blender (one that mixes dough),. put the pound of buckwheat flour, the pinch of salt and enough water to make the dough homogeneous. Preheat the oven at 160 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
During that time, use a pasta machine to roll the dough (thickness 1) and make the strips. Put them in the oven for about half an hour and voila the crackers are ready.
all the best, Nicoletta”
If you too have been inspired by LeBootCamp to create an original recipe you would like to share, please send us your recipe (via our contact page on our website) and I will feature it on my blog…. and who knows the best might even make it into my next recipe book 🙂
