Here is THE other’s recipe in the USA! So I couldn’t help but share my recipe with you BUT:
– without sugar (that’s 50gr less carbs, people!)
– 10 times less expensive
– with ingredients you know the names of
– and super fast: less than 5 minutes
🌟 Ingredients for 1 person
- 3/4 cup unsweetened (or coconut) almond milk
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (vegan version ok)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree (make sure it’s not a pie mix!)
- 2 tsp monk fruit (adapt to your taste)
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (which you can make yourself if you want: 1/4 cc ginger + 1 cc cinnamon + 1/4 cc nutmeg + 1/8 clove – all in powder form)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brewed strong coffee, or 1/4 cup espresso
🌟 Steps
Blend all ingredients except vanilla and whipped cream.
Heat on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Transfer to your beautiful mug.
Add vanilla and blend well.
Serve with whipped cream.
