I am delighted to introduce you to Pamela Goff!
We started working together about a month ago.
She has been a delight to work with!
She is following my online weight loss program at LeBootCamp.com and we get to meet every other week for a nice, in-depth checkup to make sure all is well with her.
We are starting with a weight of 240 lbs and a 50% body fat. Pamela is tall so 240 lbs don’t show on her body as they would on a person my height! Her goal is to get healthier, lighter, and more energetic without sacrificing good food, happy times with friends and family. Well, she is at the right place! We will aim at a slow but steady weight loss that will take us to the end of 2016, in 18 months. I know this is not a miraculous overnight weight loss which I am advocating here but hey! this is the reason my program works on the long term!
She is highly motivated and a great listener! Pamela is a vegetarian, vegan even and is doing her best to stay vegan though she is not opposed to some fish here and there.
She is pretty open to my food suggestions, even when they might sound crazy, which I love!
Fitness-wise Pamela does not go to a gym, which is not an issue with us BootCampers since we love using our natural environment to get in shape. Here she is on March 5th, 2015.
So yesterday, I met Pamela for our one month check to see how she is doing, how she is feeling et al. Though she has been faced with some personal challenges she has remained a trooper and I am rooting for her! And…she has lost her first 12 lbs. Great job!
