With worldwide quarantine rules in so many countries, I’m seeing more and more Zoom and video conferences between friends enjoying high-calorie—with little nutritious quality—food and drinks (as if they were in a pub or a bar).
That’s why I wanted to share a healthy recipe with you—so that you don’t emerge from this period with 12 extra pounds!
Ingredients:
- 9 oz extra firm tofu⠀
- 2 tbs lemon juice or apple cider vinegar⠀
- 1 tsp paprika⠀
- 1.5 tsp black pepper⠀
- 1.5 tbs olive oil⠀
- 1 tbs coconut butter⠀
- 5 tbs crushed pistachios⠀⠀
