Training during Ramadan: 30 days of fasting from sunrise to sunset, for some of you in very hot places around the globe, is not an easy feat.
For some, Ramadan leads to a total absence of physical activity.
For others, it’s the contrary, they just want to push themselves through the 30 days and suffer more to reap more spiritual benefits.
And for others, whether there is Ramadan or not, they have an insane project coming up, be it summiting an impressive and scary peak, running a marathon, or any other intense endeavor. They can simply NOT stop training.
- But how do you train during Ramadan?
- Can you keep the same level as before?
- How do you organize your days?
- How do you drink in the most efficient manner to suffer less of dehydration and be able to have an intense physical activity?
- What should you eat?
- When should you train and how?
