This morning I woke up at 5.15am. This is pretty customary as with a healthy diet, stress management thanks to meditation and a good level of fitness activity my body does not need as much sleep as it used to.
I decided to film my morning yoga routine, without music, without my talking and explaining anything, just so that you could see what I do. Of course I change my moves from one day to the next depending on what my body needs: Tensions to alleviate, tendons to elongate, and stress to reduce.
