My keto cracker is a true gem!
You have asked me several times about the keto crackers you see in my instastories so here we go: I am happy to share with you my brand new keto cracker recipe! I should warn you that a few others will be released soon as I am starting a keto crackers recipe collection.
These crackers are super low in net carbs, hence excellent for your health and the health of your loved ones (kids, spouse, family members, friends, etc…), the absence of sugars helps with fighting body inflammations (joints, skin, etc…) and of course, less sugar makes it easier to lose weight.
This recipe is an amazing basic for which you will need very few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flaxseeds or flaxseed flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp spices (Provence, thyme, cumin, let your creativity express itself)
