One of my fave for the morning or a drunch (lunch + dinner)!
Ingredients:
- Slice whole grain bread (can be gluten free ore any other kind)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 pinch Maltdon salt or fleur de sel
- 1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- Ground pepper to taste
Steps:
- Toast the bread
- Mush up the avocado not too finely and add the cheese
- Spread on the bread Season with the salt, mix well
- Add the cheese
- Enjoy !
