Not all fats are equal! Yes, the avocado does contain fat and therefore should be consumed in moderation, however, it should definitely be a part of your diet since it is an excellent source of unsaturated fatty-acids (“healthy fats”) which are beneficial for your heart. This fruit is also high in fiber, has more potassium than bananas, and is loaded with folate and vitamin E. Rich in minerals and trace elements (magnesium, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc), and antioxidant properties, the avocado is your anti-aging ally. And, did you know? Of all fruits, the avocado is highest in protein!
And of course, Kale is high in fiber, and rich in vitamins A, C and K, as well as lutein and zeaxanthin, carotenoids that protect your vision and eye health. Your body will be a happy Boot.Camper with this one!
