My sister told me about Valerie Orsoni’s LeBootCamp. Without further ado, I signed up and my adventure began on the 9th April 2013.
I followed the program to the letter, as much as I could, and got back into physical exercise. I gave up sweet drinks and sodas and stuck to water. As the program says, it is the gourmets’ diet, so I indulged myself as with LeBootCamp we aren’t denied anything. Did I cheat? Of course I did like everyone else but that is easily fixed with a bit more exercise the next day.
Week after week I saw my weight come down. This gave me the motivation I needed to keep going with the program.
To me LeBootCamp is much more than a diet, it is a new lifestyle. I eat better, I exercise 4 to 5 times a week, I walk instead of taking the bus, I run…in short, my life has taken a new dimension.
Today I weigh 76.6kg (169lbs), in other words that’s 22kg (48.5lbs) less! Without depriving myself!
And I am not ready to stop yet! I am forever setting myself new challenges . I’m going on holiday at the end of July and I intend to have lost another 5kg (11lbs) before then. I know that with LeBootCamp I will get there!!
And wilst I’m about it, would you like to know another figure? I have gone from a tight size 46 (US size 16) to a loose size 40 (US size 10)!
