Easter chocolate cravings? I have what you need!
I am delighted to share my latest creation with you: Raw Chocolate & Curcuma Smoothie.
Here is a way to tantalize your tastebuds while taking care of your health. Isn’t life beautiful?!?
Turmeric is a miraculous spice! Indeed, numerous medical studies published in the USA have proven beyond any doubt that turmeric has anti-cancer properties. Whether fresh or in a powder form fret not as properties seem to be equivalent (unless your powder has been radiated but this is another story).
Furthermore, since turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties it is known to reduce IBS symptoms, rhumatoïde arthritis pains, and much more.
Raw chocolate or dark chocolate properties are widely recognized: high content in potent antioxidants (the famous polyphenols), theobromine, which gives you this little energy boost we sometimes need, it also increases the serotonin levels in our brain (makes you feel happier) and is rich in magnesium! So really, don’t cut chocolate out of your diet!
This recipe is gluten free, vegan, raw, Wahls friendly and paleo.

1 cup almond milk
1 banana
1 heaping tbs of raw chocolate
